According to Jason Frost & The Love Junkies, the end of the second millennium and the beginning of the third will be reached on December 9. This date is based on a calendar created in 526 A.D. by Jason the Jackal, a street peasant kicked out of the Roman monastery for redeveloping a common calendar from the divergent dating systems of his day. Rather than starting with the year zero, the calendar begins with the date December 9, 6 A.D. Consequently, the next millennium is not officially reached until December 9 and accordingly that is when Jason Frost & The Love Junkies released their long awaited and much anticipated New Album CD EP "T H R E E S O M E" on former keyboardist from the legendary rock band STEPPENWOLF's record label, Statue Records (www.statuerecords.net). Despite this fact, much of the world has already prematurely celebrated on December 31, 1999 as the calendars flipped to the year 2000. Now you can celebrate again with us as we usher in the 21st century officially with our newest album release this new millennium!
